About the Owners |

We are Jayne and Larry Sikyta, the owners of Fidos & Felines Pet Sitting, but we didn't begin in that capacity. Our older daughter, Ruth, was in elementary school when she decided to start a pet sitting business in our neighborhood. What was a part-time venture for a young girl evolved into a full-time business for Mom and Dad.
Pet Sitting was not new to me (Jayne), as I provided care for friends' pets when in high school. Also, Larry and I have adopted a number of dogs and cats over the years, so are very familiar with the needs of canine and feline customers. We have developed knowledge about the care of fish, birds, chickens, rabbits, and other household pets along the way. Joining us in our mission to provide superior pet care are our daughters, Ruth and Rebekah, as well as my sister, Susan. We keep our team of care givers and our service area small so we can maintain high standards of service to our clients and their furry, feathered, and finned kids. |

We want them to be in the comfort of our home when we are away, not spending hours in a kennel or being exposed to contagious diseases.
